Who operates this website

This website is operated by Blackstone Realty, Pune, an authorised marketing partner for Venkatesh Serenique, Bavdhan. It is not operated by the developer and it is not the developer’s official website.

The project is pre-launch

Venkatesh Serenique is a pre-launch project. At the date this page was last updated, the developer had not published carpet areas, a price list, an amenity schedule, floor plans, a master plan or renders for it.

Where this site states a figure, it states where the figure came from. Where nothing has been published, this site says so rather than substituting a figure from a comparable project or a market average. No statement on this site should be read as the developer’s announced specification.

The information here is not an offer

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind. No booking, allotment or reservation arises from anything published here or from any enquiry you submit.

Any transaction will be governed solely by the agreement for sale and the allotment letter executed between you and the developer, and by the MahaRERA registration applicable to the phase you buy in. Where anything on this site differs from those documents, those documents govern.

Prices, areas and availability

No price has been announced for this project. Any price quoted to you in the course of an enquiry is indicative, is exclusive of stamp duty, registration, GST, maintenance and every other statutory charge unless expressly stated, and may change at any time without notice.

Areas, when published, will be carpet areas as defined under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and will be subject to the tolerances and final measurements recorded in the agreement for sale.

Inventory and offers may change at any time. Availability is not guaranteed at the price or on the terms discussed.

Images and plans

This site currently publishes no project imagery, because the developer has released none. Any render, elevation, layout or master plan added to this site in future will be an artistic impression, will be labelled as one, and will be indicative only, subject to change and to approval by the sanctioning authorities.

Enquiries and contact

When you submit an enquiry you consent to being contacted about this project by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email, including on a number registered with the National Do Not Call Registry or DND list. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us at the address on the contact page.

Third-party content

The location page embeds a Google Maps frame showing the Bavdhan locality. That service is operated by Google and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not control it.

Intellectual property

Project names, marks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here for the marketing of this project. The rest of the site’s content and design may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 or the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
